I wanted to take the time to write personally to thank the both of you and your team for the excellent service that you have provided throughout the course of the development that you have undertaken for us here at The Bungalow.

At every stage from planning to build you have all been extremely respectful, courteous and considerate to the people that we support here, and have always put the needs of the service above all else. This has enabled us to continue working alongside your team with minimal impact to the day to day running of our home, and no negative impact at all on the lives of the people who live with us, if anything I think we will miss having you all around!!

A special mention has to be made to Mike and Kestutis who have worked tirelessly and gone above and beyond that expected of external contractors, often working at weekends and late into the evening as and when the need arose, so once again thank you.
I am thrilled with the end product, the quality of materials used and the attention to detail, and would not hesitate to recommend Demand and Supply for future projects, especially those of a sensitive nature.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the great job done at Sir Evelyn. We were really worried that the emergency repairs following the flood would stick out and make the rest of the building look even worse!

However the workmanship has been outstanding, and so far (as we know the damp may penetrate at some point) you would never know there had been any damage.

I just wanted to make sure that this was passed onto Supply and Demand – I think it was Alex who did the work.

Just to let you know the contractors re the drainage were brilliant, they were respectful to all and just got on with the work with as little disruption to all as possible.

Would highly recommend them.
